Other people's recipes that I make a lot and LOVE: I have to qualify that I omit the oil and fats in general or greatly reduce them in just about all recipes that I find online. Unless they are Forks over Knives, China Study, or Whole Food Plant-Based recipes that exercise the 80/10/10 rule, I take the liberty to take a lot of the oil out. Don't worry, when you get used to eating very little oil it's hard to eat food that has a lot of it in there. It just tastes so heavy. Most of the time, the oil is used to saute vegetables and they come out great when you broth saute. We have been amazed how great broth sauteing works and how much it brings out the flavor of things. All of us whole food plant based eaters agree that you lose the taste for oil , so it's not just me! It takes a while to change your tastes, so give it some time. Here are some recipes that I make frequently. It is fun to play around with them by changing the grain you use, or what veggies you put in. There is so much variety in the fruit and veggie world to play mix and match with! Millet Veggie Burgers - Mind Body Green site is not all plant based, but they do have some very good vegan recipes!
