I've been fairly obsessed with health and nutrition my entire life, and have always been drawn towards prevention. I love a challenge… I took 2 boys who thought they were cavemen (meat, meat, meat ) and a husband who wanted to go veggie but hated beans, lentils, tofu, legumes, and most nuts to a plant based household 6 years ago….It's been quite a journey and I've shared a good part of it here in my blog.
