The trick is in the pitch for the veggie tray! For my 4 year old, I have to say "You can eat as many vegetables you want!" For my 2 year old, I have to say "You don't have to eat any!" They both dig in.

So true Kasey! It is all about how you present it to kids!! I would put it out and just start eating it and the boys would join in. I think the you don't have to eat any worked well for them too. So the 2 year old route worked! lol. I did not know that crust was vegan!! Good to know!!! Thanks for your comments!!

LUV your blog!! So many great tips for eating plant based. I want to try a pressure cooker!! Where do I buy one? Don't know anything about them! I do love how you say to "keep it simple." So many yummy fruits and veggies in season right now.....great time to be eating plant based foods!:)

Hi Chrissy! So nice to have met you at the GOG event! Your email sharing this blog post arrived just as I was feeling frustrated with my day... especially since I don't love to cook and often rely on Doordash. We have a family of 4 food profiles - 1) vegan + 2) vegetarian cheese lover + 3) meet/potatoes + 4) fish / no carbs. I also work full-time, so it's very challenging to say the least. :)
